Do I have to agree to a long contract?

No! We work with 4-month rolling contracts as standard so you have the peace of mind that if things don’t work out, you aren’t tied into a long marketing contract you can’t get out of. We only ask for one month notice if you decide to terminate it at some point!

When can we start?

We’re ok with starting at short notice – 7 days being the shortest prior to starting the work! A bit of a heads-up is always recommended, but we understand that things don’t always go as planned in the hospitality industry, so we’d be more than happy to get your restaurant marketing up and running as soon as you need it.

Do you offer professional photography and videography?

No, but we’re happy to recommend other professionals in case you need these services!

How do you measure success?

Our primary focus is on social media reach as a measure of success, rather than the number of followers.

Which platforms do you advise for?

We only work with Instagram and TikTok.
